About these terms
These terms are between the grown-up account holder and Amakinto B.V., trading as Amakinto Labs, for use of Wiggly Junior.
The family account
A grown-up creates the account and manages child profiles. Keep sign-in access and the grown-up PIN secure. Do not ask a child to accept these terms or manage billing.
Supportive tool boundary
Wiggly Junior supports calm routines, reflection, and organizing thoughts. It is not treatment, a diagnosis, professional advice, or an emergency service. Seek qualified or emergency help when needed.
Using the service fairly
Use Wiggly Junior for your own family, respect others' rights, and do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
Plans and subscriptions
Choose a subscription before setting up a family space. Before purchasing, the store or checkout shows the price, billing interval, trial if offered, and renewal terms. Subscriptions must be managed with the provider where they were purchased.
The price and currency shown immediately before confirmation are authoritative.
Your content and our software
Your family keeps its rights in content entered into Wiggly Junior. You allow us to process that content only to provide, secure, and improve the service. Wiggly Junior software, design, and branding remain ours or our licensors'.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service calm and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may change features or these terms. We publish updates on this page.
Ending use
You can export family data and delete the account in grown-up mode. An active subscription must first be managed with its payment provider so an identity is not deleted while it is still being charged.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are responsible only for reasonably foreseeable direct loss caused by our failure to meet these terms.
