Help for grown-ups

Use the verified email address you used to set up Wiggly Junior. A grown-up creates and manages the family space.

Each child has a managed profile. Use the grown-up PIN for grown-up-only actions, such as changing family settings or managing profiles.

A new family space starts with a Wiggly Junior Premium or Wiggly Junior Premium Family plan, and grown-up mode shows both under Plans & billing. Monthly plans offer a 7-day trial and annual plans a 14-day trial when the payment provider confirms eligibility. Before purchase you see the renewal price, interval, and cancellation route. Web subscriptions are managed through the account billing portal; app-store subscriptions are managed in their store.

When speech is used, our speech service processes the audio live to make text. Wiggly Junior does not store the recording or add it to family data or the data export. The text is saved only when you choose to save it.

In grown-up mode, a grown-up can download a data export or delete the family account. Deletion is permanent.

Check your connection, refresh the page, and make sure your browser is up to date. For speech, check the microphone permission too.
