Where each desktop app is

The same three steps as every other version, always in this order: In development, then In testing, then Available now.

Nothing to install yet

Neither desktop app has reached a public release. Rather than offer you a button that cannot do anything, here is exactly where each one has got to.

Mac
In testing

Built for macOS 13 or newer and being tried out. Signing and public distribution come next.

Windows
In development

Being built with the same calm screens as the Mac and web apps. Testing comes next.

A download you can trust

We will only turn on a download button when that installer is ready for families and safely signed for its platform.
